What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred language and the message you write. When you call, we note the number and what you tell us. We don't ask about your immigration status on the form.

How we use it

We use it to answer you and to arrange an appointment. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for advertising. We share it only with people who help run the office and with others only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

What a client's file holds

Once you hire the firm, your papers and what you tell us are protected by the lawyer's duty of confidentiality, which is stronger than this notice. You keep your original documents; we keep copies for as long as the law and the case require.

This website

The site may use simple tools that count visits and show which pages are read. They don't identify you by name. Links to other sites, such as social networks, are governed by those sites' own policies.
