Disclaimer
What this website is, and what it isn't.
General information only
The pages on this site explain how immigration matters usually work. They are not legal advice, and they can't take your own papers, dates and history into account. Laws and procedures change, so something true when it was written may not be true today.
No attorney-client relationship yet
Reading this site, calling the office, or sending a message does not make you a client, and it doesn't make us your lawyers. That relationship begins only when you and the firm both sign an engagement agreement.
We are lawyers, not notarios
In many countries a notario is a lawyer. In the United States a notary public is not, and may not give immigration advice. Be careful with anyone who offers to prepare immigration forms and isn't a lawyer or an accredited representative.
Past results and testimonials
Every case is different. What clients say about their own cases, and any description of a past matter, doesn't promise or predict a result in yours.
Confidential information
Please don't send confidential details through the contact form or by email before we've agreed to work together, including passport numbers, case numbers and documents. Tell us by phone or at your first meeting.
